ATLANTA – June 4, 2024 – North Highland, the leading change and transformation consultancy, has announced that Rob Sherrell, managing director and global transformation lead, and Tony Doocey, managing director and global energy and utility industry lead, have been named 2024 Top Consultants by ALM Consulting Magazine.
The ALM Top Consultants Awards honor consultants who are established as trusted advisors by exhibiting an ability to innovate, deliver high levels of client service and affect positive change among their peers, industry and firm.
Rob Sherrell was honored as an “Industry Innovator.” Sherrell has over 25 years of transformation expertise with a focus on innovation, customer-driven transformation, customer strategy and employee experience. He inspires his teams and clients as an innovative leader who champions change with creative solutions that benefit all.

Additionally, Tony Doocey was honored in the “Lifetime Achievement” category. Doocey has 30 years of leadership experience in driving transformative change, developing high-performing teams and cultivating cultures of innovation. Doocey’s legacy of success is continuously carried on by the many North Highland leaders he mentored early in their careers.
