The Digital Transformation Awards is a UK-based award hosted by 31 Media Limited that honors businesses, teams, and individuals who have excelled in the process of delivering digital technologies to enhance or modify business processes, customer experience, or cultural change.
This recognition highlights the firm's excellent client work with Marks and Spencer (M&S), spearheaded by our Managed Services team. The team enabled M&S's project-to-product transformation, driving the shift to outcome-focused DevOps product teams. The North Highland team helped to transform the organization's structure, ways of working, and processes to empower M&S employees to champion customer and business outcomes. As a direct result of these changes, M&S is able to more effectively prioritize investment in products that will deliver the greatest value for the organization by using a quarterly funding cadence, driven by real-time data, that both M&S and its suppliers can use to drive towards their shared goals.
