We’re proud to share that we’ve been named a finalist in the “Best Cultural Transformation” category of the 2024 Digital Transformation Awards.
This award recognizes outstanding achievements of businesses, teams and individuals that have excelled in delivering digital technologies to enhance or modify business processes, customer experience or cultural change. North Highland’s win celebrates its Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence (AICOE) project and its AI Accelerator team.
The AICOE's efforts work to enhance efficiency while fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making. Through change management initiatives, AI Champions, curated lesson plans and one-on-one coaching, the team continually ensures firm-wide adoption of AI. This initiative further positions North Highland at the forefront of the AI revolution in the consulting industry.
The award specifically acknowledges our efforts in:
- Enhancing efficiency through AI technologies
- Fostering a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making
- Implementing change management initiatives
- Establishing AI Champions across the organization
- Conducting executive workshops to ensure firm-wide AI adoption
