North Highland is honored to be named a finalist in the 2023 Management Consultancies Association (MCA) awards for two project-based categories.
In partnership with the Ministry of Justice, North Highland became a finalist in the category “Change and Transformation in the Public Sector.” This category highlights consultancies that have helped a client transition from a current state to a desired state involving significant change in the public sector. The Ministry of Justice raved about North Highland’s changemaking efforts in moving from paper processes into the digital space.
“With North Highland’s help, this program has delivered transformational outcomes beyond my expectations,” said Gina Gill, CDIO for the Ministry of Justice. “The admin burden for prison officers has reduced, as has paper use and food waste, making us more sustainable. And importantly, it has given us a platform to reduce reoffending in innovative ways.”
Additionally, North Highland was a finalist in the category “Change and Transformation in the Private Sector” in partnership with Marks and Spencer (M&S). Similar to the previous category, this highlights the transformative work done in the private sector. Here, M&S praised North Highland for our innovative methodology that moved the company towards product-focused ways of working.
“The focus on both short-term value and long-term health through product health has been a game changer, providing a common language and ensuring we are able to work with our partners to deliver better outcomes for our customers,” said Sameer Davda, Head of Portfolio Management – Enterprise, Digital & Technology at Marks & Spencer. “North Highland was truly invested in the transformation, building capability, and helping upskill our colleagues throughout the engagement.”
North Highland is a proud member of the MCA and we continue to maximize our membership by putting forth our best client projects. This further positions the firm as Changemakers and experts in our craft.
“Being honored by the MCA is a major accomplishment for North Highland, especially our UK team,” said Tony Doocey, Managing Director at North Highland and MCA Board Member. “Reaching the finalist round emphasizes our strong place among other top consultancies and reiterates our overall goal of providing the utmost client satisfaction.”
This year’s MCA award winners will be announced during the award ceremony on October 9, 2023. More information about the MCA and the full list of finalists here
