We’re pleased to announce the availability of NH360 Enterprise Connect v3.13. We strongly recommend that you validate these updates once they become available.

Here is a list of changes that will be introduced with this update:

 

New Features

  • Added the capability to quickly navigate to associated objects directly from object list views.
  • Part of our commitment to continuously improve our modeling experience, we are introducing today a new Standard Model type.
  • Standard Models consolidate all the following legacy model types into a single model type: Universal Models, Association Landscape Models, Business Capability Maps, Business Function Maps, Information Landscape Maps, Process Architecture Landscape Maps, Business Interaction Model, Information Maps, Organization Maps, Strategy Capability Network.
  • The new Standard Model combines functionality from the legacy models into a new user experience, consistent and similar with the previous features.
  • Existing legacy models can all be accessed under the Standard Model category from the navigation panel. Their names will be prefixed with an abbreviation of their former model types: UNV, ACM, BCM, BFM, ILM, PAL, BIM, IFM, ORG, SCN.
  • Standard Models can include any of the available object types.


Repository

  • Process steps are now displayed in the navigation tree, under the business process that they are part of.
  • Fixed issue with the Assessment Model tab not displaying information when viewing an Assessment object.
  • Fixed issue with users being able to set models to Edit Mode from the Edit Object page.
  • Fixed issue with users not being able to filter object views based on association columns.


Imports & Connectors

  • Fixed issue with import files not being uploaded correctly.
  • Fixed issue with not being able to import Power BI reports.


Modeling

  • Removed Business Models and their associated administrative settings.
  • Removed Taxonomy Models.
  • Updated the available options from the Select Level model to No Children, One level of Children, Two levels of Children and All Children.
  • The Palette tool panel has been simplified to include only the following shapes: Text Field, Line, Rectangle, Rounded Rectangle, Chevron, One-way block arrow, Two-way block arrow and Ellipse.
  • Added the ability to easily create associations or reparent objects using drag-and-drop, directly on the model canvas without the need to access the objects.
  • Removed the Settings panel from the context of Standard Models.
  • Automatically drawing new connector lines in models, between a newly create object and its selected parent object.
  • Increased the default size of basic shapes when drag-and-dropped on model canvas.
  • Fixed issue with error being displayed when using the Add New button while selecting a child object within a container.
  • Fixed issue with not being able to drag-and-drop an object from the navigation tree onto an object created with the same Object Type, absent an existing Association Type between the Object Type and itself.
  • Fixed issue with users not being able to drag-and-drop associated objects outside of their parent group, while Prevent Reparenting setting is enabled.
  • Fixed issue with users not being able to drag-and-drop objects from the navigation tree into Value Stream Maps and Customer Journey Maps.
  • Fixed issue with objects overlapping on a model canvas when dragging objects from the navigation tree while holding down the Ctrl key.
  • Fixed issue with associations between newly added objects from the navigation tree and existing objects or groups of objects from the model canvas being represented with connector lines.
  • Fixed issue with adding application or business process objects to Association Models.
  • Fixed issue with the object group container becoming unresponsive when deleting all child objects from within the group.
  • Fixed issue with users being able to drag-and-drop parent objects over their child objects when reparenting is allowed.
  • Fixed issue with contextual actions not being enabled when selecting object group containers.
  • Fixed issue with users not being allowed to drag child objects over their parent object containers, while reparenting is not allowed.
  • Fixed issue with the Allow Duplicates toggle changing its state to Off after a page refresh.
  • Fixed issue with the children’s position or order within a group resetting after new objects are added on the model canvas from the navigation tree or Association pane.


Other

  • Improved navigation tree performance when expanding object types and displaying thousands of objects and when the selected Current State is different than All.
