NH360 Portfolio Insights v6.2

We’re pleased to announce the availability of NH360 v6.2 – Product Update 2 (PU2). Product Updates include all previously released public updates and private hotfixes. We strongly recommend that any patch and release is validated in a non-production environment first before being applied to production environments.

Here is a list of changes that will be introduced with this update:

• Major new features:
  • Portfolio Hub
    • Portfolio Hub represents a major revamping of the NH360 Portfolio Center capabilities, introducing a modern experience for managing and accessing Entities
    • Summarize, access and create Entities all in one place
    • Group your Entity Types by Portfolios, for easier access
    • Define multiple views to summarize information about your Entities and share them with the right Security Groups within your organization
    • Easy to use conditional formatting helps you bring focus to important information
    • Use search and/or filters to quickly find the entities you are looking for
    • Re-size and order columns in views using drag-and-drop

• Resource Manager
  • Financial values can now be automatically updated when synchronizing data with Resource Plans for Entities
  • Fixed issue with Category and Allocation Center Mappings default values not being displayed on upgrade
  • Resources are now correctly filtered in the Add Resources dialog  when using the Hide Inactive Resources option

• Portfolio Manager
  • Users can now select up to three grouping levels in the Roadmap

• Roadmap Manager
  • Improved user experience when creating relationships by replacing the Related Entity drop-down selection with a Related Entity search control
  • Fixed error when using a Project Custom Field named ‘ProjectID’ in the definition of a Roadmap
  • Fixed issues with milestone field values being updated automatically when their Default Value was updated in the field definition

• Other
  • Added the ability to leverage contextual Entity information in workflows
  • Increased the character limit for Entity Fields of type Multiline Text to 1000 characters
  • Improved the performance of the Synchronize Information to the Reporting Database mechanism
  • Improved performance and reduced the occurrence of throttling  when loading the Forms when integrating with Microsoft Project
  • Fixed display issue from Define Exchange Rates dialog
  • Added the ability to create Option Sets of type Number in NH360 for SharePoint 2019
  • Fixed issue with Cost fields displaying values in Entity Details web part using the Entity Currency instead of the Reference Currency
