The client asked Sparks Grove to help them negotiate a period of rapid change, hoping to minimise impact on organisational morale. The changes were fundamental to the purpose and values of the organisation; who they were and what they stood for.
Sparks Grove worked hand-in-glove with the client’s head of communications and engagement to develop a yearlong campaign communicating the organisation’s purpose, vision, and strategy. The intent was to reinforce organisational identity and sustain high engagement and morale.
After a huge strategy launch event and 12 national employee roadshows, designed and delivered by Sparks Grove, 88% of employees reported being “excited or very excited” about the company’s future in the year-end survey.
