Sparks Grove developed an engaging digital prototype for a new stadium's Self-Guided Tour Experience. The tour features a robust mobile app that guides the user through the stadium enabled by geo-location, beacon, and augmented reality technology.
Sparks Grove began by identifying user profiles and market segments through primary and secondary research. Then we conducted comparative and competitive research to understand and draw inspiration from tours offered in similar venues. After using affinityizing and ideation techniques, plus co-creation with the client, we had a robust set of ideas to start concepting interactions. Through a series of sprints and co-creation sessions, we developed the end to end user journey and created a complete hi-fidelity mobile app prototype.
