Loretta Penn, Lead Director of North Highland’s Board of Managers, has been named Private Company Director of the Year by the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) in their 2022 Directorship 100 awards, recognized for the incredible impact she’s made on boardroom practices and performance.
“Loretta brings a rare combination of integrity, smarts, experience and humanity,” said Dan Reardon, Executive Chair of North Highland’s Board of Managers. “She is an incredibly hard worker with a winning and calm demeanor. We are grateful for her robust, ongoing involvement and positive impact on our business – and for her friendship.”
“To think that North Highland decided that I added enough value to the organization to make a difference that they would want to put my name in the running for this award – the one word that says it, so big and so small, and covers everything in between – is that I am humbled by it,” Penn shared.
