December 21, 2017 (CHICAGO) - Management consulting firm North Highland is pleased to announce three new leaders for continued growth of the firm’s Chicago office: Steve Ramsey, Pat Hevrdejs and Holly Bates.
Ramsey joins the firm as a member of the Technology Capability leadership team. He is responsible for delivering a wide range of technology services, from strategy to execution. Ramsey has more than 20 years of experience leveraging technology to drive and sustain business value in both consulting and corporate environments.
Ramsey received a Master of Science in Information Systems from the Naval Postgraduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Bioengineering from the University of Illinois.
Hevrdejs is responsible for leading and driving North Highland’s staffing business. Hevrdejs brings more than 20 years of experience leading large professional staffing and role-based consulting services from finance & accounting operations to risk advisory and information technology.
Hevrdejs attended Northern Illinois University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics. He is also a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Bates joins the firm to lead business development with a focus on increasing incoming funnel opportunities while increasing the close rate and decreasing close time. She has more than 15 years of experience in business development and sales pioneering B2B and customer sales channels in the United States and Canada. She has expertise in telecom, cable, retail service and energy.
Bates is a graduate of Loyola University Chicago where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing.
