North Highland has been named a ‘Best Company to Work For’ by Florida Trend. The firm was ranked #8 in the “Best Large Companies” category, with employees citing North Highland’s dedication to making training programs and learning labs available to employees as one of their favorite benefits of working at the firm. Florida Trend partners with the Best Companies Group to identify Florida's top 100 employers, collecting data on each company's policies and practices that benefit the state's economy, workforce and business. Each nominated company participated in a two-part anonymous employee survey. The first part of the survey involved a questionnaire about company policies, practices and demographics. The second part of the survey included questions focused on leadership and planning, corporate culture and communications, role satisfaction, work environment, relationship with supervisor, training and development, pay and benefits, and overall engagement.
