“Practically speaking, any transformation that has occurred in the last five years will involve ‘digital’ as a critical tenet. I’m averse to calling it ‘digital’ transformation—the second you say this word, everyone who doesn’t think it has anything to do with them will disconnect. But it’s everyone’s responsibility to involve themselves in the digital transformation of a business.”
