His industry experience includes working with Medicaid, child welfare, public assistance, and public health organizations. At North Highland, Pat focuses on providing services to state agencies on their Information Systems transformation journeys.</p>

<p>With more than 20 years of consulting experience, Nancy has worked with health and human services agencies nationwide to design and implement practical solutions that improve the quality and lower the cost of operations, modernize enterprise systems, and promote compliance with state and federal regulations. Her cross-functional expertise includes project management, procurement, large scale system implementations, feasibility studies, advance planning documents, financial analysis and cost allocation, and program and policy analysis.</p>
Austin Williams

<p>Austin has been with North Highland since 2012 and has management consulting experience in the private sector with industries including financial services, telecommunications, and travel and hospitality. Since 2016, he has been focused on serving a large state’s public sector agencies and nonprofits primarily in the Health and Human Services arena. His specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, state procurement, research design and execution, policy writing, statistical analysis, and organizational change management. </p>

Her most recent work includes directing a state-wide MMIS transformation while nationally supporting the North Highland public sector portfolio across all industries.</p>

<p>Ruth joined North Highland as a management consultant in 2019 and has over 17 years of experience leading large-scale, complex projects within multiple industries including the public sector, healthcare, and utilities. Ruth is an expert in program and project delivery management, system integration and implementation, process improvement, enterprise transformation, digital transformation, procurement, strategy, roadmap planning, and financial management. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master of Public Affairs (MPAff) from the University of Texas-Austin.</p>
