NH360 Enterprise Connect v3.12

We’re pleased to announce the availability of NH360 Enterprise Connect v3.12. We strongly recommend that you validate these updates once they become available.

Here is a list of changes that will be introduced with this update:

New Feature: Configurable Object List Views

Combined the import of objects and their property values in a single process within object list views.

• Unified Import: Use a single import file to create new objects, as well as update property values for new and existing objects.
• Streamlined Import Templates: Generate import templates containing the same columns displayed in the currently selected object list view.
• Import File Data Quality: Available options for PickList properties are now displayed directly in the import template column headers.
• Import Accuracy: The imported data applies to the currently selected viewpoint and state.

Added the capability to display object associations in object list views.

• Associated Object Columns: Configure one or more columns in your views that display associated objects created with a selected object type.
• Custom Labels for Column Headers: Define custom labels for view columns that display associated objects.
• Filter Displayed Associated Objects: Filter the associated objects displayed in columns using either object properties or association properties.

Repository

• Added the capability to display up to 100 objects per page in object list views.
• Added the ability to persist user-specific preferences and changes on object list views.
• Added better value highlighting for the Included in Context column from object list views.
• Squared bracket characters are no longer supported in property names and property values.
• Properties of type date no longer supported dates earlier than January 1st, 2000.
• Improved navigation tree loading times when grouping objects by object properties.
• Fixed issue with the History button being enabled when more than one object is selected in a list view.
• Fixed issue with the number of objects on the page not being displayed when less than 20 objects are included in a view.
• Fixed issue with the Included in Context column being displayed in object list views when the Show All option is unchecked.
• Fixed issue with object list views not reflecting changes such as adding new object to context or deleting objects until users manually refresh the view.
• Fixed issue with not being able to delete available options from existing MultiSelect or PickList association properties.
• Fixed issue with decimals being displayed in object list views for numeric properties.
• Fixed issue with Key column not being displayed in object list views exported to Excel.

Imports & Connectors

• Fixed issue with not being able to import Journey Stages.
• Fixed issue with Boolean values of object and assessment properties not being imported correctly.
• Fixed issue with the Property Type column from the import template that is used to import properties being case sensitive.
• Fixed issue with association direction not being set to None when importing associations with a blank Directionality column in the import file.
• Fixed issue with association property values of type Boolean not being imported correctly.
• Fixed issue with being able to import Customer Journeys and Value Stream objects only in the All context.
• Fixed issue with the Assessment Date field being named Submission Date in the import template for the Assessment object type.
• Fixed issue with allowing dates earlier than 1/1/2000 to be imported in object properties.

Modeling

• Added the ability to automatically create and update associations between objects and Journey Stages when adding, moving, or copying CrossMap object nodes between different stages within a Customer Journey Map.
• Fixed issue with models exported in .SVG format not being displayed correctly when opened in Microsoft Word.
• Fixed issue with associated object type being displayed twice in Advanced Heatmap association list for object types associated with themselves.
• Fixed issue with colors not being applied as expected for Association Models with a configured Advanced Heatmap and the Color Entire Model Object option unchecked.
• Fixed issue with defined conditions not being reset when switching between different types of heatmaps.
• Fixed issue with users not being able to open saved model views with empty Advanced Heatmap conditions.
• Fixed issue with the selected object type from the definition of a Count heatmap type being reset when a new object is included in the model.
• Fixed issue with new object being displayed outside a Customer Journey Map diagram when being drag-and-dropped onto a model with no stages.
• Fixed display issue when renaming an object in the context of an Association Landscape Map.
• Fixed issue with missing icons when viewing models exported in .SVG format.

Assessments & Surveys

• Removed the Is Enterprise Scope setting from the Assessments object type.

Other

• Fixed issue with users not being able to create new Object-Driven properties from within an object screen.
• Fixed issue with not being able to remove a model from the currently selected context using the Delete button from the navigation pane.
