Updated
We’re pleased to announce the availability of NH360 v6.1 – Product Update 1 (PU1). Product Updates include all previously released public updates and private hotfixes. We strongly recommend that any patch and release is validated in a non-production environment first before being applied to production environments.
Here is a list of changes that will be introduced with this update:
- Resource Management
- Added the ability to synchronize the Resource Pool with Azure Active Directory Groups
- Added the ability to mark Inactive resources using a new Resource Status field
- Team Member individual assignments are now available in My Resources and My Resource Plans web parts
- Added the ability to filter entities that are displayed in My Resources and My Resource Plans web parts using entity-level fields
- Added the ability to manage the capacity of resources at a more granular level by specifying their Earliest Available and Latest Available dates
- Custom Granularities are no longer available in the Resources, My Resource Plans and My Resources web parts
- Team assignment values can now be automatically copied between resource dimensions using the Copy to Resource Dimension stage transition action
- Fixed issues with resource/assignment field values being updated automatically when their Default Value was changed in the field definition
- Fixed display issue for Availability when extending resource plan timelines using the Redistribute adjustment type
- Fixed FTE calculation for resources with Max Units different than 100% or with calendar exceptions, such as non-working days
- Improved the way Availability is displayed in snapshots
- Portfolio Manager
- User selected Granularity Settings are now persisted in Portfolio Manager
- Improvements to the scroll capability from the Legend pane
- Roadmap Manager
- Improved the way entity names are displayed in Board roadmaps
- Fixed issue when dragging entities from one column to another in Board Roadmaps when using Internet Explorer 11
- Synchronized milestones are now removed from NH360 when they are deleted from the Project Plan
- The Display in Roadmaps option is no longer reset when synchronizing milestones from Microsoft Project
- Core Financial Capabilities
- Improved user experience when selecting financial nodes in the Display Filter dialog
- Fixed issue with values being incorrectly displayed in financial grids when data redistribution occurs and the system is unable to read Calendar Exceptions
- Fixed issue with Allocation Center Groups not being saved when using Internet Explorer 11
- Other
- Reporting tables using the .dbo schema from the NH360 database have been deprecated and replaced with .odata reporting tables
- Actuals Reporting Periods are no longer created outside the boundaries of the Financial Timeline when importing financial values using Data Exchange
- Fixed issue with saving project updates when using the Fields web part with Lookup Table Custom Fields
- Users that are not Site Collection Administrators can now set the owner of Security Groups
- Fixed sorting by Last Connection column in the Manage CALs administration page
- Added a new OData view: CostCenters
- Fixed issue with NodeNamePath, CategoryGUIDPath, ParentCategoryName columns not updating correctly in FinancialValues and FinancialValuesLeaves OData views
- Fixed issue with duplicate entries being stored in the SnapshotValues OData view, when the Sync Reporting Entity Data With Main queue job fails and is manually retried
