We’re pleased to announce the availability of NH360 Portfolio Insights v6.15 – Product Update 15 (PU15). Product Updates include all previously released public updates and private hotfixes. We strongly recommend that any patch and release is validated in a non-production environment first before being applied to production environments. Here is a list of changes that will be introduced with this update:
Roadmap Manager
- Added secondary sorting by Name for milestones created with the same Planned Date.
- Fixed issue with displaying unique identifiers next to People Picker field values in the Entity Details panel.
- Fixed issue with empty rows being displayed for entities whose timeline does not intersect the roadmap date range.
- Fixed issue with the field selection being reset when adding a new entity type in the definition of a Relationships web part.
Resource Manager
- Fixed issue creating snapshots configured with resource dimensions, for entities that have no resource assignments in their resource plans.
- Fixed issue with not displaying newly added entities in the My Resource Plans view, after selecting a field in the Group By ribbon drop-down.
Portfolio Manager
- Fixed issue with resource assignment values, included in plans as Additional Resource Data, not being converted to Full Time Equivalent work unit.
- Fixed issue with plans not being displayed when all included entities have timelines shorter than one month.
- Fixed issue with unique identifiers being displayed next to people picker field values in the Optimization page.
Core Financial Capabilities
- Deprecated the Financial Breakdown feature:
- Removed option to enable financial breakdowns in financial dimensions.
- Removed Financial Breakdown Templates administration page.
- Remove Manage and View buttons from the Financial Breakdowns ribbon section of financial web parts.
- Removed financial breakdowns options from Data Exchange.
- Removed Breakdown field types from the Fields administration page.
- Fixed issue with users not being able to submit change requests when they contain blank Date type entity fields.
- Fixed performance issue when creating change requests.
Other
- Fixed issue with CALs not being assigned when editing users from the Manage Users administration page.
- Fixed issue with not being able to edit an entity type whose entities were previously created with an entity type that no longer exists.
- Fixed issue with the Update Entity On External Change Event queue job failing for entities whose Finish Date field is blank while being configured as part of the Entity Timeline Roadmap setting.
- Fixed performance issue when updating thousands of entities within a single Data Exchange import file.
- Fixed issue with entities being displayed multiple times in Portfolio Hub views, while grouped by the Metrics column.
- Fixed issue with existing values of customized people picker fields displaying email addresses instead of names.
- Fixed issue with Portfolio Hub views displaying an error message when grouping the view immediately after deleting an entity from the view.
- Fixed issue with users not being redirected to the default entity form when the entity reaches its next lifecycle stage after an automatic transition.
- Fixed issue with filtering by text fields with option sets not working properly in Portfolio Hub views.
- Fixed issue with special characters not being imported in multiline text field values, using Data Exchange.
- Fixed issue with Validation Started and Validation Succeeded activities being logged twice in Entity History.
Programmability
- Added the ability to programmatically perform CRUD operations on allocation center percentage allocations.
- Fixed issue with not being able to programmatically update the Email resource field.
- Fixed issue with only displaying the programmatically updated people picker field values after reloading the form.
- Fixed issue with 0/1 being saved instead of True/False when programmatically updating the Resource Status or other resource Flag field values.
