<p>Record-holding international referee, Nigel Owens is a key figure of Rugby Union and presided over matches since 1987. The calm amongst the chaos of the game, Nigel’s ability to make effective decisions and perform under pressure has seen him lead an impressive career. Nigel’s influence doesn’t stop on the pitch as he is also recognized for his contributions to LGBTQ+ and mental health advocacy, having been one of the first in the male-dominated sport’s history to come out as openly gay.</p>

<p>Dame Inga Beale is an experienced business leader having spent over 38 years in global financial services. Her final pinnacle executive role was as Chief Executive of Lloyd’s of London from 2014 to 2018. She now has a portfolio of non-executive roles being on the boards of Clyde &amp; Co, Crawford, London First and Chair Designate of Mediclinic.</p>

<p>Donna Julian is an award-winning, highly respected entertainment executive with an impressive track record of success. Ms. Julian directs all aspects of major venue operations and administration; including event booking, public safety, arena marketing and guest experience. She is recognized for her outstanding leadership directing and overseeing the preparation, production and execution of all arena events from performances by prominent entertainers and high-profile political conventions to major league sports and athletic competitions.</p>

<p>Gina is an MBA and professionally certified Organizational Development and Change Management professional with 20+ years’ experience helping individuals, teams and organizations grow and transform. Currently, Gina leads the change management practice for the Office of the CEO at GlaxoSmithKline. She has provided change leadership for a number of complex transformations related to CEO transitions, mergers, divestitures, culture change, technology implementations and new operating models. She has also held a number of senior roles related to strategy design and delivery and specialist roles related to people strategy.</p>

<p>Barbara has more than 25 years of experience leading profitable strategies for clients across industries. Her growth and leadership initiatives have been instrumental in generating greater client value and inspiring ingenuity and integrity within the firm and with clients.</p>

<p>Jill Jacques&nbsp;has more than 20&nbsp;years of experience in the financial services industry, in retail and institutional business lines. A&nbsp;longtime former leader of North Highland’s Financial Services Industry, Jill is now the Managing Director of&nbsp;<a href="https://cordence.com/" target="_blank">Cordence Worldwide</a> (CWW).</p> <p>Cordence Worldwide is&nbsp;a global network of truly connected consultancy firms with the ability to think and deliver together.&nbsp;North Highland is a founding member of Cordence Worldwide, and the other partners, who all share similar values, are based across different geographies (The Americas, Asia-Pacific, and Europe) and bring varying specialist experience and expertise.&nbsp;</p>

<p>Alex has an impressive depth and breadth of expertise. His experience spans over 20 years in consulting and industry. In the UK, he leads North Highland’s Financial Services and Professional Services Practice, as well as acting as Executive Lead for a number of high-profile client accounts. Internally, Alex is a key player in the firm's Inclusion &amp; Diversity commitments, including overseeing I&amp;D for the UK and acting as part of the international Steering Committee.</p> <p>Prior to joining North Highland, Alex worked in the high-tech electronics and Defence industries in the UK, US, and China.</p>

<p>Elisabeth is a transformation executive with over ten years of experience leading and guiding clients through transformations both in consulting and in industry. Most recently, she has acted as an advisor across a portfolio of projects within life sciences.</p>
