Her cross-functional expertise includes project management, procurement, large scale system implementations, feasibility studies, advance planning documents, financial analysis and cost allocation, and program and policy analysis.</p>
<p>Amanda is a Master Practitioner within the firm's Public Sector practice. She has over 22 years of experience in consulting and information technology projects that span the Medicaid enterprise. Her expertise includes program and project management, business process analysis and modeling, risk assessments, technical and business communications, and strategic planning.</p>
<p>Mike is a consultant with the North Highland Company. He has over twenty-five years of experience serving a wide variety of public sector, not-for-profit, and higher education agencies. His expertise includes business process improvement, financial management, system requirements analysis, system implementation, organizational design, and change management. Mike’s experience spans consulting and management roles: he started his consulting career in a “Big Four” firm; he managed his own consulting practice, and he served in government as Director of Budget & Financial Planning at the New York City Housing Authority.</p>
<p>Rick brings more than 25 years of experience in Public Sector Health & Human Service (HHS) policy, technology and financial management. Specific areas of expertise include complex program and project management, strategy development, stakeholder engagement and communications, vendor procurement and oversight and financial management. Rick leads the Public Sector Health and Human Services Practice area for North Highland. </p>
