Sally Ashford
InformaGroup HR Director
<p>Sally Ashford joined Informa in June 2021 as the Group HR Director. She has nearly 30 years’ experience in human resources with significant expertise in reward, talent and business transformation.</p>
<p>In her early career, Sally worked in HR research and consultancy before moving in-house. She spent 15 years at O2/Telefonica in a variety of roles, including European HR Director and Deputy Global HR Director, before joining Royal Mail in 2015 where she was latterly Chief Human Resources Officer.</p>
<p>Sally has a degree from Manchester University and a Masters from Warwick University. In addition to her executive roles, Sally serves as a Non-Executive Director for Helios Towers plc.</p>
