<p>Vicky joined Direct Line Group as Chief People Officer in April 2020 where she is responsible for developing and driving the people agenda enabling a dynamic, inclusive workplace, where people can collaborate, grow, and thrive.</p> <p>Vicky is passionate about ensuring that organizations provide interesting and stretching work opportunities for people from all backgrounds and creating cultures that enable everyone to thrive and fulfil their potential. She sees the continuous evolution of skills as a critical part of the HR agenda to ensure colleagues are equipped to succeed in the rapidly changing world of work.</p> <p>Vicky has extensive experience in building HR functions, developing cultural frameworks and enhancing people capabilities. She has held global roles in international organizations, leading projects in India as well as EMEA and the US. Vicky has previously held the role of HR Director at both Santander and RBS, at the latter she partnered the business through unprecedented levels of change in their Capital Resolution and Non-Core Divisions. While running her own HR consultancy she provided expert counsel to a wide range of companies including EDF Trading, Lloyds Pharmacy and Vodafone.</p> <p>Vicky is CIPD qualified and has a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership.</p>
